Wholesale Pricing

Orders may include a mix of candles and wax melts to reach the minimum order value.

All orders must meet the $250 CAD minimum and include at least 6 units per scent/SKU.
Wholesale Terms
- Minimum Opening Order: $250 CAD
- Minimum Reorder: $150 CAD
- Minimum per SKU: 6 units per scent per order
- Payment Terms: Net 15 for approved accounts
- Late Payment Fee: 1.5% per month on overdue balances
- Lead Time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping: Wholesale orders ship from Ontario, Canada
Who We Work With
We welcome applications from gift shops, spas and wellness centres, home décor boutiques, hotel and hospitality buyers, and corporate gifting coordinators.
Terms & Conditions
- Account Approval: All wholesale accounts are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to decline any application.
- Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): Wholesale partners must not sell Oasis Candles products below the suggested retail price ($23 CAD per 7oz candle; $10 CAD per wax melt clamshell). Discounting below MAP without prior written approval will result in account suspension.
- Resale Only: Wholesale pricing is for resale purposes only and may not be used for personal use or gifting at wholesale cost.
- Returns: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt with photo documentation. We do not accept returns on wholesale orders due to change of mind.
- Confidentiality: Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared publicly or with end consumers.
- Order Changes: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Buyer Vetting
To maintain the integrity of our wholesale program, all applicants are subject to business verification. Please be prepared to provide your business registration number (CRA Business Number for Canadian applicants, EIN for US applicants) upon request.
